5. PLATFORM INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the Platform, including:

  • Source code.
  • Databases.
  • Logos.
  • Trademarks.
  • Interfaces.
  • Algorithms.
  • Software.
  • Recommendation systems.
  • Promotional materials.

are owned by Ring Ring Productions LLC or their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish.

By uploading content to Ringly TV, you grant Ring Ring Productions LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to:

  • Store.
  • Reproduce.
  • Distribute.

your content solely to the extent necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Platform.

This license terminates when you remove the content, except for:

7. PRIVATE PERSONAL LIBRARY

Ringly TV may offer private storage features ("Personal Library") intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

The Personal Library allows users to store certain files for private consumption.

Content stored in a Personal Library:

  • Is not published in the public catalog.
  • Does not appear in public searches.
  • Is not visible to other users.
  • Is not monetized.
  • Is not distributed by Ringly TV.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they possess the legal rights necessary to store and use such content.

Ringly TV does not remove, alter, bypass, or provide tools intended to circumvent DRM systems or other technological protection measures implemented by third parties.

The presence of a file in a Personal Library does not constitute a legal determination by Ringly TV regarding ownership, licensing, legality, or authorized possession of that content.

8. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY

By publishing content, you represent and warrant that:

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

26. LANGUAGE AND TRANSLATIONS
