COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

1. PURPOSE

Ringly TV is a platform designed for independent creators, artists, educators, producers, and communities to share content in a safe, respectful, and lawful environment.

These Community Guidelines apply to:

  • Videos.
  • Films.
  • Series.
  • Books.
  • Music.
  • Podcasts.
  • Video games.
  • Comments.
  • Messages.
  • User profiles.
  • Usernames.
  • Images.
  • Customer support interactions.
  • Any activity conducted through the Platform.

By using Ringly TV, you agree to follow these Guidelines.

2. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

Users must treat others respectfully.

The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment.
  • Bullying.
  • Threats.
  • Personal attacks.
  • Defamation.
  • Stalking.
  • Doxxing.
  • Conduct intended to intimidate or abuse others.

Disagreements and debate are permitted when conducted respectfully.

3. HATE SPEECH

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against protected individuals or groups is prohibited.

Protected characteristics include:

  • Race.
  • Ethnicity.
  • National origin.
  • Religion.
  • Sex.
  • Gender.
  • Sexual orientation.
  • Disability.
  • Age.
  • Immigration status.

4. VIOLENCE AND SELF-HARM

The following are prohibited:

  • Incitement to violence.
  • Credible threats.
  • Promotion of suicide.
  • Promotion of self-harm.
  • Dangerous challenges likely to cause physical injury.

Educational, journalistic, documentary, or public-interest content may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. AUTHENTICITY AND IDENTITY

Users must represent themselves honestly.

The following are prohibited:

  • Impersonation of individuals.
  • Impersonation of companies.
  • Trademark impersonation.
  • Fraudulent identities.
  • Misleading accounts.

Parody accounts must be clearly identified.

6. METRIC MANIPULATION

Users may not:

  • Purchase views.
  • Purchase followers.
  • Purchase engagement.
  • Use bots.
  • Use click farms.
  • Create fake accounts to manipulate statistics.

Ringly TV may remove artificially generated traffic and related earnings.

7. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Child Sexual Exploitation

Any content involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment is strictly prohibited.

Zero tolerance policy.

Ringly TV will report such content to NCMEC and applicable law enforcement agencies.

Non-Consensual Sexual Content
  • Sexual deepfakes.
  • Revenge pornography.
  • Leaked intimate content.
  • Any sexual content distributed without consent.
Terrorism and Extremism
  • Recruitment.
  • Promotion.
  • Financing.
  • Support for designated terrorist organizations.
Fraud and Deception
  • Phishing.
  • Investment scams.
  • Pyramid schemes.
  • False financial guarantees.
  • Identity fraud.
Privacy Violations

Publishing another person's:

  • Address.
  • Phone number.
  • Government identification.
  • Financial information.
  • Private records.

without authorization.

8. SPAM AND PLATFORM ABUSE

Users may not:

  • Repeatedly upload duplicate content.
  • Flood the Platform with automated content.
  • Send unsolicited promotions.
  • Manipulate advertising systems.
  • Manipulate recommendation algorithms.
  • Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions.

9. ENFORCEMENT

Ringly TV may:

  • Issue warnings.
  • Remove content.
  • Restrict features.
  • Suspend accounts.
  • Demonetize content.
  • Permanently terminate accounts.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, impact, repetition, and risk.

10. PENALTIES

Violations may result in:

Warning

Formal notice and content removal.

Temporary Suspension

Restriction of account features for a defined period.

Permanent Suspension

Permanent account termination.

Immediate Action

Serious violations may result in immediate enforcement without prior warning.

11. REPORTING ABUSE

Users may report violations by contacting:

or through the Platform's reporting tools.

Reports are reviewed as promptly as reasonably possible.

12. APPEALS

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by responding to the notification email or contacting:

appeals@ringly.tv

Appeals will be reviewed by a different reviewer whenever reasonably possible.

13. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Ringly TV reserves the right to take additional actions necessary to protect:

  • Users.
  • Creators.
  • Rights holders.
  • Platform integrity.
