RINGLY TV SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

1. INTRODUCTION
These Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms") govern access to and use of the paid plans offered by Ringly TV.
By purchasing a subscription, the user agrees to be legally bound by these terms, in addition to the Platform's general Terms of Service.
In the event of a conflict between the two documents, these Subscription Terms will prevail with respect to billing, payments, and memberships.
2. AVAILABLE PLANS
Ringly TV may offer one or more subscription plans, including but not limited to:
Includes limited or ad-supported access.
May contain:
Pre-roll ads.
Mid-roll ads.
Limited quality (HD 720p).
One (1) profile.
No offline downloads.
May include:
Ad-free viewing.
HD 1080p quality.
Up to four (4) profiles.
Access to exclusive live events.
Exclusive member benefits.
Includes everything in the Plus Plan, plus:
Quality up to 4K HDR with 5.1 audio.
Up to six (6) profiles.
Unlimited downloads for offline viewing.
15% off premium works.
Early access to certain content (one week early).
The maximum number of profiles per plan will be determined by Ringly TV and may change in the future.
3. PRICING
Current prices will be published within the Platform.
All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
Depending on the country, prices may be displayed in local currency using reference conversions.
Ringly TV may change its prices at any time in accordance with these terms.
4. BILLING
Subscriptions may be purchased on a:
Monthly.
Quarterly.
Semi-annual.
Annual.
basis. The available billing cycle will depend on the country and the plan purchased.
The charge is made in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
5. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
All subscriptions renew automatically.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Ringly TV and its authorized payment processors to make recurring charges using the registered payment method.
Renewal will continue until the user cancels the subscription.
6. PAYMENT METHODS
We may accept:
Credit cards.
Debit cards.
PayPal.
Stripe.
Apple Pay.
Google Pay.
Other authorized providers.
The user warrants that they are authorized to use the registered payment method.
7. FREE TRIAL PERIODS
Ringly TV may offer promotional free trials.
At the end of the promotional period:
The subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription.
The corresponding charge will be made to the registered payment method.
To avoid the charge, the user must cancel before the trial ends.
Each user may access only the promotions permitted by the Platform.
8. PLAN CHANGES
Users may:
Upgrade their plan.
Downgrade their plan.
Change the billing cycle.
Changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current period, depending on the Platform's configuration.
9. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
The subscription may be canceled at any time from:
Cancellation:
Stops future renewals.
Does not delete the user's account.
Maintains access until the end of the period already paid for.
No penalties apply for canceling.
10. REFUNDS
Unless applicable law provides otherwise:
Payments made are non-refundable.
No credits will be granted for partially used periods.
No refunds will be granted for non-use of the service.
We may consider exceptions in cases of:
Duplicate charges.
Billing errors.
Serious technical failures attributable to the Platform.
Mandatory legal requirements.
11. PRICE CHANGES
Ringly TV may change the prices of its plans.
When the change affects active subscribers:
Notice will be given at least thirty (30) days in advance.
The user may cancel before the effective date of the change.
Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
12. ACCOUNT SHARING
Accounts are personal.
Plans that include multiple profiles may only be used in accordance with the rules established for that plan.
The following is prohibited:
Reselling access.
Sharing credentials for commercial purposes.
Using tools intended to circumvent service limitations.
Ringly TV may use reasonable technical measures to detect misuse.
13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Ringly TV may suspend or cancel a subscription when it detects:
Fraud.
Abusive chargebacks.
Misuse of promotions.
Unauthorized account sharing.
Illegal activities.
Serious violations of the Terms of Service.
In such cases, access to the service may be lost immediately.
14. TAXES
Published prices may not include:
VAT.
GST.
Sales Tax.
Local taxes.
Where applicable, such amounts will be calculated and shown before completing the purchase.
The user is responsible for any additional taxes required by their jurisdiction.
15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The subscription grants access to the content available at any given time.
Ringly TV does not guarantee:
That specific content will remain available indefinitely.
That all features will be available in all countries.
That certain titles will remain licensed permanently.
The catalog may change without prior notice.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ring Ring Productions LLC will not be liable for:
Indirect losses.
Incidental damages.
Temporary interruptions.
Economic losses arising from the unavailability of the service.
The Company's maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user during the twelve (12) months prior to the claimed event.
17. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be notified through:
Email.
In-platform notices.
Publication in the Legal Center.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America.
