RINGLY TV DMCA POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION
Ringly TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe that material available on Ringly TV infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal copyright infringement notification in accordance with the procedures described in this DMCA Policy.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Ringly TV may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take any additional actions required or permitted by applicable law.
2. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION
To be considered valid under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA, your notification must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work.
A clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

- Telephone number.
- Email address.
A statement substantially in the following form:
"I have a good faith belief that the use of the material identified is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
A statement substantially in the following form:
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
3. DESIGNATED DMCA AGENT
DMCA notices must be sent exclusively to Ringly TV's Designated Agent.

The Designated Agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
The DMCA registration covers the following business names, brands, and domains:
- Ring Ring Productions
- Ring Ring TV
- Ringly
- Ringly TV
- ringly.tv
and any additional trademarks, domains, or service names operated by Ring Ring Productions LLC.
4. REVIEW OF COPYRIGHT CLAIMS
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Ringly TV may:
- Remove the reported content.
- Disable access to the content.
- Request additional information.
- Notify the affected user.
- Record the incident in the creator's account history.
Receipt of a notice does not automatically determine that infringement has occurred.
5. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.

You must consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
If you reside outside the United States, you must consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
6. PROCEDURE FOLLOWING A COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
After receiving a valid counter-notification:
- Ringly TV may forward a copy to the original claimant.
- The claimant will have the period established by the DMCA to demonstrate that legal action has been filed.
- If no such evidence is received, Ringly TV may restore the content.
Restoration of content does not constitute a determination regarding ownership or infringement.
7. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
In accordance with the DMCA, Ringly TV maintains a policy for terminating accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
Actions may include:
- Warnings.
- Temporary suspensions.
- Demonetization.
- Publishing restrictions.
- Permanent account termination.
Enforcement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
8. MISREPRESENTATIONS
Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
Please ensure that you have a valid legal basis before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
9. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Ringly TV reserves the right to:
- Request additional documentation.
- Reject incomplete notices.
- Investigate intellectual property disputes.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
- Take additional actions necessary to protect rights holders and platform users.
